Vice President of the NACB Management Board responsible for, inter alia, the international cooperation. He has been working in the banking sector for 30 years and in the cooperative banking industry for 13 years, acting, inter alia, as member of the Management Board of MR Bank SA, working prior to this in the commercial banking industry and acting as director of the Foreign Exchange Department and then the International Department at the National Bank of Poland (1992-2002). He graduated from the law faculty, completed his judge’s apprenticeship and a seminar on European law at the College of Europe in Bruges. Author of several publications in the field of foreign exchange law. Consultant for the translation of the book BankRuption by J. Waupsh into Polish.
